What's the opportunity

Working closely with the Manufacturing management team, the Manufacturing Programme Manager will be responsible for driving the Manufacturing team in achieving its Business and Project Objectives, representing Manufacturing in cross-functional business activities, and ensuring alignment with our Contract Manufacturer. This role will require someone who is pro-active and willing to jump in and get involved in a wide range of tasks.

What you will do:

• Lead Manufacturing team meetings and workshops to address weekly issues and strategic items.
• Lead the reviews of the team’s Objectives, KPIs, Project Deliverables, and Budget & Headcount status.
• Create weekly Manufacturing status reports for Senior Leadership and C-Suite.
• Represent the Manufacturing team in cross-functional business activities to ensure success of the Manufacturing team goals.
• Serve as a point of contact with our Contract Manufacturer, holding regular meetings with their PMO office, and ensuring regular closure of all outstanding tasks
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with previous Project Management experience, preferably in Automotive / Manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and recognize their dependencies to drive project forward.
• Structured thinking with an organized approach and methodology.
