The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Executive to join our Talent Management team. The successful candidate will identify, recruit, and manage high-profile influencers, ensuring they are matched with suitable brand partnerships that align with their personal brand and audience. 

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in talent management. A genuine passion for the well-being of our creators and providing insightful means of growing their careers is essential.


The Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit top-tier influencers across various social media platforms within diverse content sectors (Lifestyle, tech, gaming, and more).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned influencers, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Strategically develop plans for signed talent to maximize their growth and financial productivity.
  • Monitor influencer performance and growth, offering feedback and support to enhance their personal brand.
  • Collaborate with the management team and broader NewGen teams to strategize and contribute to action plans for robust and profitable campaigns.
  • Oversee the execution of managed creator campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of branded content on video and social platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Stay knowledgeable and focused on the creator economy landscape.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in language and communication across all verticals.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong experience in talent management and digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing high-profile influencers and successful brand partnerships.
  • In-depth understanding of the creator economy landscape from both operational and talent perspectives.
  • Flexibility, strong multi-tasking abilities, and a willingness to work across all functions of a creator roster.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, and Instagram analytics (i.e., best practices, ability to analyze, prepare, and present data) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Established network within the influencer and social media community.
