A new luxury British EV company passionately focused on creating exceptional cars is seeking a talented Website & CRM Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.

Reporting to our Head of Marketing as our Website & CRM Manager, you will lead the strategy, planning, operations and performance of our website and CRM efforts. You will work closely with our Storytelling team, to create and execute effective digital marketing plans that align with our commercial and marketing objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in deploying innovative strategies and tactics that resonate with our consumer audience.

We would like you to:

• Website & CRM Strategy and Operations – Develop, implement and lead comprehensive website and CRM plans with a strong focus on performance and user engagement

• Content Management – Collaborate with the wider Marketing, Brand and Comms teams to manage website content and and e-newsletter communications

• Segmentation and Personalisation – Create and test segmentation and personalisation tactics to enhance impact of CRM communications

• Launch Management – Develop ongoing website and CRM programs to support the successful launch of our British luxury automotive brand, new products and technologies.

• Performance Analysis – Ensure Robust reporting and analysis frameworks are in place to measure and optimise CRM performance

• Budget and Resource Management – manage budgets and resources effectively for the website and CRM programme to maximise impact and efficiency.

We would like you to have:

• Extensive experience in a Website & CRM marketing role, preferably within luxury or automotive sectors.

• Proven track record growing quality first party data records in another consumer facing business – preferably within the Luxury or Automotive sectors.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders.

• Strategic mindset and an ability to evidence experience running successful marketing programmes.

• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
