A little bit about us:

We are a family run Home Care provider based in Wakefield and Mirfield. Our philosophy is to provide a truly personalised service that preserves privacy, dignity and is respectful of individual needs, preferences and wishes in the comfort of service users own home. All of our care visits are a minimum of 30 minutes, giving you the time necessary to provide the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities of a Home Care Support Worker:

• Support with personal care such as washing, showering, bathing, toileting and dressing
• Providing nutrition and hydration support
• Support with medication needs
• Assisting with domestic duties such as cooking and cleaning
• Providing companionship, so excellent communication skills required
• Working in and around the Wakefield area so your clients will be local to you

What do I need to become a Home Care Support Worker?

You must:

• Have a full UK driving licence and have access to your own car, insured for business use
• NO experience required – full training provided
• A caring and empathetic personality
• be eligible to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship nor are we registered to offer work to those on a visa)
