Adding to that, there aren’t too many roles in family law like our Managing Partner position, certainly not in a specialist family firm. Out of a team of almost 200 lawyers, we only have 12 Managing Partners.

We’re looking for a Managing Partner to lead our Thames Valley team to continue the growth we’ve seen over the last few years. This role is a commercial position where you’ll continually grow the income and profitability of your region, and with the help of large, specialist teams attract both clients and new lawyers.

You’ll be a senior fee earner within the region. Still, we reduce your target to account for your time working with our leadership team to develop your people and ensure we maximise the commercial levers associated with the region.

  • Have business acumen and understand how to drive the performance of a team of lawyers
  • Ability to coach develop and motivate a team to deliver exceptional client service
