We're looking for an Office Manager, a newly-created role based in our lively Roastery in Surrey.

Reporting to our Operations Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the hygiene of the communal areas of the roastery
  • PPE procurement, allocation & disposal
  • Daily order releasing and processing product
  • Payroll data collation & submission
  • Data management of hours worked versus contract
  • Onboarding & offboarding employees
  • On the door sales

You will ensure a great visitor experience by hosting inductions and small group visits, and administering document control for all on-site visitors in line with site accreditation requirements.

This role requires exceptional organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

You’ll be perfect for the role if you have;

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager.
  • Good communication skills with staff and customers at all levels.
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to plan.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Good data analysis, planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
