Office Manager

We're looking for an Office Manager, a newly-created role based in our lively Roastery in Surrey.
Reporting to our Operations Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the hygiene of the communal areas of the roastery
- PPE procurement, allocation & disposal
- Daily order releasing and processing product
- Payroll data collation & submission
- Data management of hours worked versus contract
- Onboarding & offboarding employees
- On the door sales
You will ensure a great visitor experience by hosting inductions and small group visits, and administering document control for all on-site visitors in line with site accreditation requirements.
This role requires exceptional organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
You’ll be perfect for the role if you have;
- Previous experience as an Office Manager.
- Good communication skills with staff and customers at all levels.
- Excellent IT skills including Excel.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to plan.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Good data analysis, planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
