Sales Coordinator

Our client is a multi-national Property development business that operates in over 50 countries and employs over 70,000 people worldwide. Due to continuous expansion throughout the South West, they are now looking to expand their team and recruit a Sales Coordinator.

To fulfil this role you will need to have excellent written English, a good sales attitude and a good attention to detail.

Duties;

  • Support the Senior Sales team and Director with administration
  • Assisting with the Director's diary
  • Completion of timesheets and holiday records
  • Organising contract review meetings
  • Prepare reports for internal and external customers
  • Direct contact with customers
  • Arranging training courses for Business unit Support staff and Contract Managers
  • Developing and improving systems to improve efficiency
  • Dealing and assisting with queries from site-based staff
  • Assisting with any duties required by the Finance Manager and Business Unit Director

Additional Duties;

  • Fulfil pre-qualification questionnaires and ensure the Business Development Manager is updated throughout the process
  • Identify and understand the requirements of business opportunities
  • Manage tenders from initiation to submission, working alongside the Business Development Manager
  • Write specific bid responses and support other team members when requested
  • Deliver tender documents, ensuring they are in line with company standards
  • Assisting with preparation for events, meetings and presentations
