This is a success-defining role for Rotork where the candidate will be responsible for global portfolio leadership for our valve actuation products. The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you will be at the head of a small team of Product Managers which is likely to grow whilst the size of the portfolio grows.

In this role you will set the strategic direction for the portfolio, creating and maintaining the portfolio business plan. You will also take the helm in the development of new business opportunities, identify potential partnership and acquisition opportunities, and establish, develop and maintain pricing, route to market and relationships with channel partners.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to operate effectively under pressure and have a proven ability to build relationships with clients.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience managing a product or portfolio on a global scale
• Background within industrial flow control products
• Commercial acumen with the ability to engage confidently with C-suite stakeholders
