This is a critical role driving transformative change to our engineering product data structure to ensure Rotork is strategically making efficiency gains. On offer it the chance to enact real change across a global engineering business, being the focal point of the future success of the business.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Engineering Services, this role has no direct reports but will collaborate closely with a wide range of cross functional teams across the business at all levels, including senior stakeholders.

In this role you will develop methodologies to enhance our data and how it flows throughout the business. Leading both the development of system functionality to support a new operating model and the disparate teams who undertake the data analysis & restructuring, you will be responsible for the successful delivery into the organisation. You will ensure the business follows a robust Change Management process, creating awareness and desire across all interested parties and supporting effective Project Management governance.

The successful candidate will be skilled in their ability to manage stakeholders, influence the business through robust and proven processes whilst always having the mindset to find the “fit for purpose” solution.

Experience Requirements:

• Awareness of engineering/ manufacturing data and how internal customers interact with this
• Project and change management experience with evidence of applying this within an engineering firm
• Able to demonstrate stakeholder management and communicate/ present in a skilled manner
