If so, you may be the perfect candidate for this role. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Team Manager to lead our service for care experienced people. We want to ensure that robust effective transition planning for adulthood is in place and independence begins at an early stage. You will have management responsibility for Personal Advisors and will be expected to provide robust, reflective supervision in line with Knowsley's supervision policy. As a Team Manager, you must be able to demonstrate your understanding of the issues relevant to supporting care experienced people including unaccompanied asylum-seeking children as well as a good working knowledge of safeguarding procedures and relevant legislation. You should have proven management experience and have detailed knowledge within this area of work.
